Mirror lake

While cycle touring you really get to see some fantastic locations.

We camped at Lake Mavora, New Zealand, were we woke up to a very thick fog which blocked out the view. Over the next hour or so the fog moved back, in true Stephen “Mist” King style only reversed, to give us this fantastic view of this mirror lake.

Below is a black and white shot of the mist.

    Wow – the view is breathtaking! The lake seems so incredibly calm and serene. The snow-capped mountains at the far end of the lake and their reflections are just magical.
